The HBG 100 HS has the same fittings and accessories as HBG 100/2, however with hydraulic cylinder tensioner, hydraulic hoses, steel rope with chain and hooks, and control valve with fixation hardware.

Our bundlers are compatible with the following log lengths: 330 mm / 500 mm / 1000 mm ( 13/ 19.6/ 39.4 in) Logs just need to be loaded with one end to the upper stop plate and wrapped with a nylon strap using the ratchet chain bundler, or alternatively with a polyester-fabric band (tear resistance 750 kg = 1653.5 lb) and steel buckles using the manual strapping machine.
- The machine can be transported on the three-point-hitch of any tractor or on a front loader.
- Integrated tensioner
- Compressed and banded wood bundles are conveniently ejected from either one side
- One 140 m (460“) nylon strap coil on HBG100/2 provides for approx. 15 bundles with lacing on both sides
Said and done:
- Bundling for bundling wood in Euro pallet size, as commonly in use at most firewood retailers
- Wrap and pack on Europalettes
- Shrink wrapped. Ready for sale!
